Why we've reset your password

We have reset the password for your CORE website account. Below we explain why this is the case, and what you need to do.

We have recently discovered an unauthorised copy of the CORE website. Although we are unsure about its purpose, we suspect its creators might be attempting to redirect CORE website visitors to it to obtain login details from existing users. Please rest assured that no part of the CORE website redirects to this unauthorised website, nor is this website otherwise easily accessible from elsewhere.

Our web developer, Bravand, investigated the matter and determined that there is no sign that the CORE website user database was accessed or compromised. Your data is safe.

However, as a precautionary measure, we have decided to reset all user accounts’ passwords. If you have already reset your password, you can skip this paragraph. If not, here are the next steps:

  • click here to go to the password reset page,
  • enter the email address for your CORE account,
  • click the ‘Reset password’ button,
  • you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

We have already started a copyright infringement process with the hosting provider of the unauthorised website and we hope it will be removed soon.
